I have seen Catholics leave the Church and join Protestant denominations because they felt their own Church was not "opening up" the Scripture to them in any meaningful way. WE WANT TO BE TAUGHT, INDEED! This is an idea whose time is LONG over-due. On December 12, 2000, then Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger said the following in an address to Catechists and Religion Teachers: "...Yet another temptation lies hidden beneath this---the temptation of impatience, the temptation of immediately finding the great success, in finding large numbers. But this is not God's way...Large things always begin from the small seed..." May your small seed grow into a mighty oak tree with thousands of branches!

This will be a blessing if it gives our children and grandchildren the knowledge of Gods love for them .

Just viewed the above on EWTN a few minutes ago. Sounds like a great idea and we hope that it will go through as a lot of us needs to be taught just exactly what Holy Mother Church teaches and for us that do know--a review would always be very good and that way we can always be refreshed in the teachings.

Sunday night at midnight hour of Adoration will be dedicated to your new program. Thanks Craig.

I am yelling "HALLELUJAH" with great excitement! I have dreamed of this curriculum for over a year. I kept saying that the priests have a captive audience before them every Sunday at Mass. They need to TEACH us. We don't need cute stories or jokes . We need to LEARN. The parents of my 7th grade students that I teach Faith Formation to are so unformed in the faith. I have wanted an adult program in the church for some time. Everybody's schedule is too busy to add one more thing during the week for family life. BUT ON SUNDAY, what a perfect opportunity! The Deacons and the Priests NEED to be teaching us. Thank you for putting this study together.

I heard about this website on EWTN Radio. I am excited to begin using this resource in my homily preparation.

This is a wonderful idea which would greatly improve Catholic's knowledge of their faith. Since the end of the 2nd Vatican Council there has been a dismal

drop in the teaching of the faith. Homilies did little to inspire Catholics to live their faith or delve into the Catholic Teachings. It must be attempted because

there is a lot of ignorance among Catholics about their faith.
